  4. Pause for a moment and squeeze your glutes together.
  5. Repeat this for 5 reps.
  6. Switch to the single leg glute bridge by raising one of your legs up.
  7. Push it off using your other foot and repeat for 5 reps.
  8. Be sure to pause for a moment to squeeze your glutes.
  9. Repeat this on the opposite side for 5 reps.
  10. Do this exercise for a total of 15 reps.

2. Commando and Side Plank Dip

  1. Start this exercise by doing a commando plank position.
  2. From a regular push up position, lower down to a plank using one arm at a time.
  3. Switch to a side plank position and dip your entire body down.
  4. This exercise will develop your core strength.
  5. Continue this between each side.
  6. Repeat this six times.

3. Side Plank and Three Way Leg Kicks

  1. Start this exercise with a side plank position.
  2. Kick your legs in three different ways.
  3. The first kick is the knee to elbow kick, the second one is the upwards kick, and the third one is the forward kick.
  4. Repeat these steps four times and for a total of 12 reps.
  5. Squeeze your core for each time you kick.
